I currently serve clients in Ocean County, New Jersey and surrounding areas. If you’re outside this radius, I also offer virtual injection guidance to walk you through your medications step-by-step.

Can my partner or support person be involved during a session?
Absolutely! I can teach your partner proper technique and timing so you both feel confident throughout the process.

What is HTMA testing?
HTMA stands for Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis. It’s a non-invasive test that measures mineral levels and patterns, helping identify stress, adrenal health, thyroid function, and hormone balance which are all key for fertility.

How long do HTMA results take?
It typically takes 3–4 weeks to receive results after you mail your hair sample to the lab.

How long does it take to see results from mineral balancing?
This process takes time. Most clients begin noticing shifts in energy, mood, and cycle regularity within a few months, but full balance can take 6–12 months depending on your individual needs.

Do I need to be actively trying to conceive to do this program?
Not at all. Many women use fertility prep as a way to rebalance after birth control, support hormones post-treatment, or prepare their body for future conception.

Are virtual sessions available to clients outside New Jersey?
Yes! Virtual guidance and wellness consults are available nationwide. In-home visits are limited to Ocean County and nearby areas.

Do you accept insurance?
At this time, services are private pay only. However, many clients use HSA or FSA cards for eligible fertility or wellness services.
