Hi, I’m Lauren Cranmer, RN, a fertility nurse, mom, and women’s health advocate who believes education and compassion should always go hand in hand.

I spent most of my nursing career in reproductive endocrinology and fertility care, working alongside physicians to support patients through every part of treatment from cycle coordination and medication management to those late-night moments of worry that no one really prepares you for. I also completed the ASRM Nurse Certificate Program, which strengthened my foundation in patient education and deepened my love for helping women feel informed and empowered during one of the most emotional times in their lives.

After being diagnosed with breast cancer while pregnant, I stepped away from the clinical world to focus on my recovery and my growing family. That season shifted everything for me: it gave me a whole new understanding of what it feels like to navigate medical treatment, fear, and uncertainty firsthand. During that time, I continued my education in functional nutrition and mineral analysis, learning how lifestyle and mindset play such a powerful role in healing and resilience.

Now, with Fertility Nurse NJ, I’m combining my professional background and personal experience to offer individualized fertility medication support for women and couples who want calm, confident guidance through their treatment process. Whether you need step-by-step help with your injections, medication education, or just someone to remind you that you’re doing great … this is a space where you’re seen, supported, and understood.
